  74. \WOLFGANG directory), type:

  80. Or, if you are in Windows, launch Notepad, open the file Order.frm in the
  81. \WOLFGANG directory (or the copy of Order.frm on Disk 1 of your original
  82. installation disks).  From the File menu, select Page Setup to set all
  83. margins minimally:  0 for Left, Right, Top, Bottom margins.  Delete the
  84. default header and footer items.  Select OK.  Then from the File Menu, select
  85. Print to print out the order form.  (If you wish to fill in the form with
  86. your order information before printing, it would be best to open Order.frm
  87. in a word processor, such as Write, because Notepad does not have an over-
  88. write mode in Win 3.x.)
